In addition to wisdom tooth removal, the Maxillofacial Surgeon will undertake treatment on cysts, bone fractures, the invasive procedures for surgical orthodontics, and placement of dental implants. These procedures may be performed under local anaesthesia or sedation, depending on patient preference.
